Happy Friday everyone... and welcome to November! The holiday season is officially upon us with just weeks to Thanksgiving, and another blink to Christmas. We have started sharing great ideas for both, so be sure to check them out below. As promised, this week we shared a Nature-Inspired Process Art activity based on Rousseau's The Monkeys. Both Lil' M (2) and Big M (4) were well engaged for two afternoons of entertainment with this one! All the posts to date can be found on the series landing page, as well as on our Art for Kids board on Pinterest, along with countless others we have found from around the web!
It was also featured this week by one of our favorite Kids' Activity bloggers, Red Ted Art, in her weekly themed round-up on Instagram at #kidscrafts101. We feel super honored! What artist or famous work of art would you love to see us take on next? Stay tuned for some fun with Seurat next week.
With 3 kids 4 and under, I have perfected what goes in the diaper bag to fulfill all of their and my needs on the go. And with cold and flu season upon on, that includes a sickness prevention kit. Check out the full list here!
The Peanuts Movie
The Peanuts Movie gets released today. My girls have been begging to see it ever since they saw the preview during our annual viewing of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Lil' M takes the book with her to bed every night - so to say they are excited would be an understatement. To appease their excitement, we made these Quick & Easy, 3-Ingredient Charlie Brown Cookies this week. They were quite the hit!
The holidays don't have to break the bank. Today, we are launching a multi-week series to save you money this holiday. Implement all the tips and save $100s, if not over $1,000!
