Join us in the park in front of the Library (weather permitting) for the ultimate superhero faceoff on Saturday, May 14 @ 11:00 am. Pick your side and challenge your abilities. Enjoy Marvel vs. DC themed gifts, crafts, and the ultimate dance-off! Costumes are encouraged.

The group will discuss The Chilbury Ladies' Choir by Jennifer Ryan (Historical Fiction) in the Library Activity Room on Wednesday, May 4 @ 1:00 pm.

Learn the basics of starting a PowerPoint and building a better presentation on Thursday, May 5 @ 1:00 pm.
Come geek-out, eat pizza, and watch Revenge of the Sith [PG-13] with other Star Wars fans on Thursday, May 5 @ 6:00 pm.
Maker Monday is an in-person craft program for adults every 2nd & 4th Monday night @ 6:30pm. Adults are invited to learn something new, share with others, seek crafting advice, and meet other makers. Materials are provided free of charge. Ages 14 and up welcome.

Put your knowledge to the test on Thursday, May 19 @ 6:30pm. Join us every 3rd Thursday of the month for Trivia Night in teams or as a single player. The trivia topic will change each month, so be ready for some competitive fun. We will use Kahoot! to play.
Learn what it takes to succeed in job interviews and practice your skills answering questions employers might ask on Saturday, May 21 @ 2:00 pm.
Learn the fundamentals of Excel to become better at using spreadsheets on Thursday, May 26 @ 1:00pm
Want to get more involved in your library? Come to a Friends of the Library meeting every 3rd Tuesday at 6:30pm. Membership is not required in order to attend the meetings.

Rhythm & Rhyme Storytime: A 20-minute lapsit storytime featuring developmentally appropriate board books, rhymes, and movement encouraging early literacy for infants 0-18 months. If children can walk steadily, then we suggest Family Storytime. Caregivers also learn valuable information on how to continue building literacy at home. 
Family Storytime: For children of all ages who can actively engage. This interactive storytime with books, music, and movement is a high engagement storytime that instills the love of literacy and the Library at an early age. Caregivers also learn valuable information on how to continue building literacy at home. Thursday is a repeat of Wednesday’s program.
Bricks & Books: Use toy building bricks to complete different challenges based on books. This program is for school age students 10-18.
Rovers: Participants explore the wide world through reading, STEM, and innovation. This program is for school age students 6-9.
Teen Takeover: Teens can come hang out, eat pizza, and watch a movie related to a book on Saturday, May 21 @ 11:00 am. We will discuss the book and the movie (love or hate) in open-minded discussion. This month we will read Star Wars: Pirate's Price by Lou Anders and watch Spaceballs [PG]. Starting May 2, you can claim your activity kit to accompany the book and movie. Registration is requested for an accurate food order. You can register at the red reference desk or online on the Library’s website HERE. For school age students 13-18.
