New Zumba Gold and Silver Sneakers Classes!

Due to overwhelming attendance of our Silver Sneakers classes we have added two more! We now have Silver Sneakers Class on Mondays at 11:15am with Brenda, Chris or Sharon on a rotation basis as well as Thursdays at 11:15am with Sharon.

ZUMBA GOLD is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

As he became more fit, he started hiking and found out about the Appalachian Mountain Club’s NH 48 4,000 foot mountains and decided to make it a goal to climb them all.

We’re glad you’re part of our family, Jeff!
