Thank you for a great term as your ISAHU President

As my term as your state President winds down and I am preparing to transition the reins of our state chapter over to our next state President and next year’s board, I am thinking back over all of the things I wanted to accomplish during my tenure as well as all of the things that we did accomplish.

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

Federal Update -- As a reminder, HHS continues to work on a new Rule for Short Term Health Plans. The Comment period ended April 23rd. This would allow time frames to expand from 90 days to up to a year. It is hoped that the new guidelines would be implemented perhaps in 2019. But it could be 2020.
