Praise God for the many ways He continues to use the DTI ministry.
County Line Baptist Church - Crystal Springs, MS, has implemented the discipleship process after Evan Gannon and Frank Meitz conducted an "Equipping the Saints" workshop last September.

According to Fred Hutto, the Discipleship Coordinator, 15-20 individuals are currently mentoring / discipling others, including Pastor Rodney Jones and Fred.

Frank and Evan will will return in May with Jeannette Meitz to look at next steps for assuring that discipleship is intentional, becoming a part of their culture (DNA).  They also want to implement a quarterly training / check-in process for all disciplers.

Please pray for what God is doing in Mississippi!
Copiah County Mississippi Baptist Association, near County Line Church, has requested a 3-5 day conference for their 30 churches, probably in the fall of 2015.

In his email, Pastor David Qualls (Association Discipleship Director) said, It is my consuming passion for our church to become a disciple-making church and to help the pastors and churches of Copiah Baptist Association become one, too. I am convinced DTI has the best Biblical approach, materials and support for making disciples.
CUBA:  The next “Equipping the Saints” conference is tentatively planned for November, 2015, in Bayamo, as there are many pastors and church leaders clamoring for a conference in their area.

Stay tuned for future newsletters and check our web site often for the many ways God is being glorified through the DTI ministry in Cuba.

Please pray for the church in Cuba!

Cuban DTI Trainers are planning an exciting first solo venture to conduct their own mini-conference in July 2015 in Santiago de Cuba.  We held a conference there three years ago, but space did not allow for all those who wanted to come.

Please pray for the finances to help pay for their food, lodging, and materials during the conference, in a country where most people make about $30/month.

The DTI manuals continue to be the most sought after and prized possession for the conference attendees in Cuba.

The people are so hungry for the teaching that they are copying them by hand because we can only give 1-2 to each person who attends.

GOOD NEWS!  Since last November, they can now be printed for $1.25 each in Havana!

We are praying for people to partner with us financially to support the manual printing ministry, since they can now be printed throughout the year.

$25 will buy 20 manuals!

"The missional aspect of my calling to make disciples..." by Evan Gannon

"I never thought of myself as a missionary, but our Lord is allowing me to participate in the training of churches catching the importance and vision of "The Great Commission."   Now 70% of our congregation has been discipled.  (Dayton Valley Community Church of the Nazarene).  I have recently been called to the position of Associate Pastor and am heading up formation and implementation of ministry teams to relieve the pressure on the Senior Pastor.

"While DTI is a critical component of my disciple-making curriculum, I also have other tools that I use, which have had a profound impact on me as a disciple of Christ and my quest for spiritual maturity."  Click here to read the other tools Evan uses.
