Based on feedback from Cohorts A & B of the Teacher Incentive Allotment, one of the biggest barriers to the data submission for the TIA is the amount of time it takes to calculate the designations as well as the time it takes to calculate Student Growth and align with Teacher Performance standards. In true fashion, the Eduphoria team took that as a challenge and created a solution. The first step is to turn on the option to collect student growth scores in the summative document. The data collected in the summative document will calculate in the TIA Export Report and the Student Growth and Teacher Performance Correlation tool.
This week, we will be releasing a new and improved TIA Export report that now has an option to ‘include eligible designations’ and we will calculate that data for you! We have also made some minor adjustments to align the columns to match the fall 2022 data submission.
In addition, we are expanding our new analysis tool box to include the Student Growth and Teacher Performance Correlation analysis. District leaders will be able to quickly spot skew in teacher data vs. student growth. The table view will release first and the scatter plot will follow shortly after!
