Transparency notification received from S.R.I.W. & Sofipôle, Mr J. Reymann, SFPI SA and Theodorus II SA


Gosselies, Belgium, 17 February 2015 - BONE THERAPEUTICS, a leader in bone cell therapy addressing high unmet medical needs in the field of bone fracture repair and bone fracture prevention, today announces it has received notifications of shareholding from various parties: S.R.I.W. & Sofipôle, Mr J. Reymann, SFPI SA and Theodorus II SA in accordance with the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 concerning disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a Belgian regulated market.

Shareholders holding more than 10% of the shares of the Company:

  • S.R.I.W. (Société Régional d’Investissement de Wallonie) and its subsidiary Sofipôle (Socièté Wallonne pour le Financement des Infrastructures des Poles de Compétitivité), hold together 765,936 shares or 11.7% of the 6,547,779 outstanding shares of the Company at the time of notification. 

Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares of the Company:

  • Mr J. Reymann holds 546,710 shares or 8.35% of the 6,547,779 outstanding shares of the Company at the time of notification; 
  • SFPI SA (Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement) holds 416,406 shares or 6.36% of the 6,547,779 outstanding shares at the time of notification; 
  • Theodorus II SA (the seed fund of the Université Libre de Bruxelles – ULB) holds 401,610 shares or 6.13% of the 6,547,779 outstanding shares of the Company at the time of notification.
