Are you giving him time and space for him to speak to you through the reading of his Word, through prayer and sharing with others? And in all the busyness of life are you taking time to listen? Read more
“He ain’t heavy. He’s my brother.”
Just like the title to the popular song from the late 60’s, the journey of peacemaking is best done together. Biblical peacemaking is hard work and is counter-cultural – but you don’t have to (and shouldn’t) do it on your own, so come along to a hub near you and be encouraged to continue the journey, be re-freshed and re-skilled to be a peacemaker in your family, community and workplace.
Upcoming hub meeting for the next few months are given below. For a full list of dates and locations, please go to our website.

2015 National Training
Time is flying by and our first national training events in our Nation’s capital starts in just over 2 months! From that time onwards, our National training program will roll out all over the country. We would love you (and your family and friends) to start or continue your peacemaking journey with us this year. Be a good steward with your money and time and register on line for the location of your choice before the 2 month early bird discount ends!
In recent weeks there have been two fairly important events that have happened which we feel quite at peace about – but nevertheless mean there will be a few changes required.
Firstly, our Executive Assistant, Connie Ona has decided to leave PeaceWise. This decision was a mutual one and both Connie and we feel this is both right and good. We want to thank Connie for being a willing and cheerful staff member and wish her all the best for her future. We are thankful that she came to us at PeaceWise and know that God will bless her as she seeks other employment. Thank you Connie! As Connie leaves, we are looking for her replacement and are currently receiving applications for this position. If you (or someone you know) feels led to apply for this position, please go to our advertisement on Christian Jobs for more information. Until we find a permanent replacement for Connie, our previous Case and Office Manager, Leah Monzon has kindly returned to act in this position. We are so very grateful to Leah for doing this. Welcome back Leah! Will you please pray that God will lead the right person to us for this vital position?
Secondly, the PeaceWise Board together with our National Director, Bruce Burgess have agreed that Bruce needs to take time some time out from his role to rest and refresh himself. Bruce will be taking an as yet undefined time out from his role to spend time with his family, pray and meditate on God’s Word as well as rest. Please pray for Bruce as he spends time re-focusing and resting on God.
In spite of these two unexpected events, and after much prayer, we believe that God wants PeaceWise to continue and the Board are still very much committed to and excited about the ministry of PeaceWise. Whilst in the corporate world, people might say its, “business as usual” or “the show must go on”, we believe that God is actually saying to us – “Peacewise is mine. Trust and obey”.
