WALK THE WALK

Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian are lead sponsors of this year’s Light the Night event in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which has supported much of our research into blood cancers over the years.

The Oct. 6 event at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park will be a celebration of the progress we have made in treating blood cancers, and a recognition of all those who have been affected by the diseases. In the lead-up to the event, participants raise funds – and awareness – for blood cancer research.
