HILLCREST TANK REPLACEMENT

Over the next few years, Denver Water is planning to make some upgrades to the Hillcrest water storage facility at 4100 S. Happy Canyon Road. They will be replacing the two 15 million gallon underground, rectangular storage tanks currently onsite with three same-sized, circular post-tensioned concrete tanks, and also re-building the pumping station and upgrading and replacing outdated equipment. The first phase (the tanks) will run from early-2016 through late 2019 and the second phase (pumping station), will overlap with the first and is anticipated for 2018 through early 2020. To find out more information go to denverwater.org/hillcrest
