Millcraft Donates $90,000 in 2017
to Midwest-based Non-Profits through Its “Buy & Give” Program
Cleveland, Ohio – November 30, 2016 - Millcraft is celebrating its 2017 holiday season by donating $90,000 to nine non-profit organizations through its “buy & give” copy paper purchasing program.

Millcraft’s “buy & give” initiative offers businesses the opportunity to support local charities through routine purchases of “buy & give” brand office paper. For every carton of paper purchased, Millcraft donates $1 to charity. Millcraft partners with Domtar – the largest producer of uncoated papers in North America – to market “buy & give” multi-purpose paper throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan and New York.
Millcraft first introduced “buy & give” to the Northeast Ohio market in 2011. In 2014 the program was expanded throughout the company’s five-state distribution area to support nine non-profit organizations hand-selected by each regional division. These organizations include: Blessings in a Back Pack (Louisville); Cincinnati Children’s Hospital; The Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital; C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital/University of Michigan Health System (Ann Arbor); Hospice of Dayton; Hospice of the Western Reserve (Cleveland); Make a Wish® Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana (Indianapolis); Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus); and Turnstone (Fort Wayne).
In the three years since the program expansion, total donations now surpass $250,000.
“For the nearly 100 years since our founding, business has always been personal for Millcraft, and we want to have an impact on the communities we work and live in,” says Millcraft President Travis Mlakar. ‘There are so many deserving non-profits providing such valuable resources and services to these communities; buy & give is one way for us to support our designated organizations’ efforts and hopefully make a difference in the areas they serve.”
