Still searching for that perfect OER textbook? Let a librarian do the looking!
Is Fat Bob Dead Yet?

In Librarian Pam Newberg’s most recent installment of new-book fiction, she tells the tale of a crazy doctor’s visit (using the titles of the LLC’s latest additions to the Rotating Collection). Click on "Read more" for the exciting conclusion of the tale (and to peruse the list of new books). Don't forget - you can request delivery of any of these books, and we'll bring them to your office.

"I was trying to buy tickets to see the Alpha Docs and Blue and the Brain Storms in concert at the local theater when I ran into Kissinger’s Shadow trying to decide When to Rob a Bank. He assured me he would Do No Harm so I continued on to my next errand which was a doctor’s appointment..." [Read more].
Help Us Build Your Collection!

Faculty play an integral role in assuring that the LLC's collection meets the needs of the campus community. Earlier this month, the librarians sent lists of books they think would be assets to the collection to all of the department chairs. Project Strive/TRiO Supports Students

Second in the LLC's "Meet the Neighbors" series is Project Strive/TRiO. Shawn Hartman gives an overview of the staff and services offered by this great program. Project Strive/TRiO is located in the lower level of the LLC and loves when visitors stop in. [Read more].
Toon Time

The LLC’s own Matthew Perrie continues to tickle funny bones across campus with his comics on library and literary issues. If you are like the LLC staff, you look forward to seeing what humor will spring from Matt's mind each month. Matt's past (and future) comics can be found at the LLC Comics Gallery. There's only two so far, but we think they're both gems.
