Thanks Andrew!

This week five years ago, Neighbour Day Founder Andrew Heslop announced he was stepping away from funding and leading Neighbour Day after ten years. Following an expression of interest process, he kindly gifted Australia’s annual celebration of community to Relationships Australia.  We continue to work hard to honour the legacy of Andrew’s very neighbourly spirit and highly value his ongoing support.

There is so much that neighbours can do to overcome increasing social isolation in our communities and connect with each other in positive ways to foster a sense of belonging.

That’s why, in 2019, we’ll be asking you how you can #ChallengeLoneliness.
