Hi there,

The election returns are in! Of the 8 people who voted, 6 clicked "Definitely Yes" and 2 clicked "I'm good either way," to my question of whether you'd like a week to catch your breath and catch up. I had a feeling.

So we'll hold off for now on moving to the Week 3 materials. (Of course if you're keen, you can do that on your own.)

We'll still have a live Q&A session next Wednesday, October 13, at 4pm MDT, and you're welcome to bring any questions or difficulties you're having, as well as your small victories, which I love to hear about. 

In the meantime, try a new recipe, binge the videos (sorry I'm no Ted Lasso, but I try!), draft a simple meal plan, or crack open the workbook and write down a few thoughts. Baby steps.

And most importantly, I hope you get a little rest and relaxation this weekend! It's still a pandemic, so give yourself a break if you're struggling.
