The season of letting go
In Chinese Medicine Autumn is nature's visible expression of letting go, of reflection, of coming inward. As the trees lose their leaves, and the root vegetables furrow downwards and in to the earth, there is a sense of turning inward, a falling away of outer directed energy and finding, once more, what is most precious in our lives.  It is the beginning of the yin cycle, of introspection, and we seek to find who we are, and to find value and meaning in what we do. So allow yourselves to unravel, find the courage to let go, surrender to being drawn inwards....

Anatomy of the Hip & Yin 

70 hours of advanced certification in yin yoga and anatomy.  8 nights, full board, Turkey, Faralaya Botanica in Turkey. This training is largely based on anatomy, as without a true understanding of muscles & joints yoga teaching will remain elusive. Centres around movement, range of motion, tension & compression. From 15th July to 23rd July 2016. Full details

3pm til 5pm @ Jiva Health

We will work on the front line of the body, using yin yoga & myofascial technique to release in to the quads, hip flexors, pecs & shoulders. You will learn about the emotional, mental & energetic qualities of the spleen & stomach meridian (front line).
