Nederland Downtown Development Authority seeks public comment on the 2016 Master Plan Final Draft.
We've started to get comments on the master plan from the public as well as businesses and property owners in the DDA. There are several ways to provide comment on the plan. Deadline for public comment is June 5th.
A copy of the Master Plan can be downloaded at: www.nederlanddowntown.org/2016-master-plan/ or picked up at Town Hall during business hours - 9am - 5pm.

NedPeds has begun!
NedPeds has really begun! Updated plans can now be found on the NedPeds Documents page. Work is expected to take about 60 days and should be completed by July 31st.
2 Board Terms Expiring.
The NDDA has 2 board terms expiring on June 30, 2016. The seats are currently held by Board Chair Katrina Harms and Susan Schneider. They both will be reapplying for their seats which will expire on June 30th, 2020.
Qualifications and responsibilities can be found online. You can download an application or pick one up at Nederland Town Hall. Any questions, please feel free to contact, Katrina Harms. Applications are due to Town Hall by June 10, 2016, by 5pm.
Long-time resident, and graphic designer, Normandie Rainwater has launched her own graphic design agency after contracting for years with other agencies. She is looking at filling the need for small business Websites by offering sites from $600 - $2000. Check out her work at www.studionhr.com

May NDDA Board Meeting
The next Board meeting will be June15, 6:30 at the Community Center. The public is welcome to attend. Agenda and packet are on the website Monday or Tuesday before the meeting.
