VOTE! and don't forget your affidavit.
The DDA board would like to thank everyone for their support. As we've gone around town and talked with businesses and property owners it is clear that improving and investing in our downtown is needed... and wanted.

BUT in order to make it happen now we do need you to VOTE!  In order for your ballot to be valid you need to be sure to turn in an affidavit. You can pick up one up at Town Hall if you need one and they can notarize it there.   Ballots are due April 5, 2016 at Nederland Town Hall.

If you are looking for information on the Debt Authorization it can be found at and the Ballot FAQ page.

Ballots can be returned via postal mail in the return envelope provided or dropped off at Town Hall during regular business hours (9:00AM – 5:00PM, Mon-Fri) and on Election Day, April 5th, from 7:00AM – 7:00PM.  All ballots must be RECEIVED at Town Hall no later than 7:00PM on April 5th, 2016 in order to be counted.

If you didn't receive an affidavit and/or a ballot and you feel you should have, please contact the Town Clerk at or 303-258-3266.

The results of the survey that was done in 2015 are also included with this report.  Town is soliciting feedback on the report so please take a minute to review the report and send comments to

April NDDA Board Meeting
The next Board meeting will be April 20th, 6:30 at the Community Center.  The public is welcome to attend. An agenda will be available on our Website April 15th.

NDDA Business Directory now open to all Nederland Businesses ...

There is a pretty nice business directory on the NDDA Website and NDDA businesses are encouraged to "claim" their listing and add a description and hours. For an example of what your listing could look like updated go to the Carousel of Happiness. After claiming your listing, the NDDA will approve your claim and you'll be able to start updating your information.  If you have any questions, let Cindy know.

The NDDA Board voted to open up the Directory all Nederland Businesses and we are ready to do that.  From the Add a Listing page you can add your business. You'll receive a confirmation email and the NDDA admin will approve your listing. You'll be able to go back and edit it and keep it up to date yourself or you can email Cindy.  You do have to have an up-to-date business license with the Town of Nederland.
