    1. If you haven’t done so already, send your quarterly giving statement now. Click here for all quarterly resources

    Prepare customized documents for your bulletin that will be inserted (or emailed). You can use the customizable “Difference between the Appeal and Stewardship” or the “Treasure Renewal Comparison chart” the week before Kick-off weekend. You can also customize the “Giving-Planning “ sheet for your parish use during one of the renewal weekends

    3. NEW
    Download the PDS files and ready ALL the Letters (Pastor segmented letter, follow-up 1, follow-up 2, thank you). You can find all things “PDS” by clicking here. We recommend sending the Pastor segmented letter rather than generic.

    Have your electronic pledge card ready for your website, email blast, and social media postings. We recommend you create one through your own website “Form Builder” but you can also find all info and instructions for our form by clicking here.
