Join us in a collective prayer of renewal on May 1.
All U.S. bishops will join the bishops of Canada on May 1 to renew the consecrations of the U.S. and Canada to the care of our Blessed Mother for strength in the struggle against COVID-19. This act of consecration reminds us of the Blessed Mother’s witness to the Gospel and her effective intercession before her Son on behalf of those in need.
On Friday, May 1, at 12 noon, we are all asked to participate in this collective prayer
of renewal. Archbishop Etienne, Bishop Elizondo and Bishop Mueggenborg will livestream the prayer service on the Archdiocese of Seattle Facebook page and
Vimeo Channel.
Worship aid
During this collective prayer, the bishops will be renewing their dioceses, priests will be renewing their parishes and individuals can renew their households.
