Shining From Within #5: Understanding our Light will be from 10am-2pm on Saturday, May 14th. The path to spiritual growth is through self-awareness. This workshop explores our understanding of our thinking, emotions, and behavior. Through awareness exercises and gentle teaching, we gain insight into how we deal with our imperfections. This workshop is full of Aha moments, helping us understand what is under our reactions to decide how to react differently.
