“The Republican Party is united behind Senator Moorlach’s re-election,” said California Republican Party Chairman Jim Brulte.  “We will do what it takes to defend Senator Moorlach in the thirty-seventh senate district.”
The list of those lining up to assist Senator Moorlach’s re-election effort is growing to include:
  • The California Republican Party
  • Republican Party of Orange County
  • Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC
  • National Tax Limitation Committee PAC
  • Orange County Taxpayers Association TaxPAC
  • Orange County Lincoln Club

Senator Moorlach was elected to the 37th Senate Seat in a March 2015 Special Election and is now running for the first full term.  He began his career as a CPA and partner in an accountancy firm before being appointed to Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector where he helped guide the County out of its historic 1994 filing for bankruptcy protection.  The County exited bankruptcy within 18 months, in 1996.
