Hi KML Family!

Welcome to the Fall 2018 Session at Kay Michael Lee Studio!  We are truly excited you have decided to join us for what will be a wonderful session.  For those of you who are newer to the studio, know that you are now a member of the KML Family.  If there's ever anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.  Some notes as the 7th Anniversary season gets rolling:

  • If you want to adjust your class enrollment, please contact me as soon as possible.  Sometimes, the faculty will notice a dancer might be placed in a level that might not match his/her dancing abilities.  If that happens, we will contact you about possibly moving your child to a different class.  Also, if there is low enrollment, we may choose to combine classes (as noted in the studio's Class Policies).
  • Next month we have lots of exciting things happening at the studio - our 3rd Annual Halloween Party, Heels Class kicks off on October 27, and we are launching our brand-new Acro Classes
  • Dance apparel can be purchased through the studio (limited selection) and also through Discount Dance Supply. If you do not have the studio code for DDS, you are more than welcome to pick up the informational sheet we distributed at registration.
  • We also carry a variety of KML Studio apparel - t-shirts, tank tops, sweatpants, sweatshirts, shorts, socks, and much more for infants to adults!  Our inventory can be viewed on our mobile app or the website.

Thank you for your patronage; we look forward to seeing you in the studio!

Important Dates (schedule is subject to change)

Invoices can be paid online through a credit card or bank account withdrawal.  Look for the "Pay Now" button on your electronic version of your invoice.  Invoices are delivered to your email address that you provided us during registration.

For any individual dancer enrolled in two (2) or more classes in one session (i.e. fall or spring), a 10% discount will be applied to the full tuition balance for that session. The discount is only applicable on tuition only. This excludes extra competition rehearsals, private lessons, costumes, Kay Michael Lee Studio Store merchandise, and competition fees. This cannot be combined per family.  This offer is only valid during the first two weeks of each session.  Classes added during a session are not included in this offer.  If a dancer chooses to withdraw from one/multiple classes that session, a refund will be granted in the amount as stated on the original invoice for that session and in accordance with Kay Michael Lee Studio's Class Policies.

Introducing the KML Referral Card!  This is our way of saying thank you to our KML Family for being with us for the past four years! The Referral Card applies to not only our current KML Family, but the new KML Family members! Each family will receive a $50.00 credit onto their tuition for that respective session. The credit will be applied after receiving the final payment from the new KML Family. Limit two (2) referral cards per dancer, per session.

The annual $25 registration fee will be waived for dancers who participated in summer classes, workshops, or private lessons.
We are continually looking for ways to better serve our customers.  Thank you for choosing Kay Michael Lee Studio for your dance education needs.

Dance can be expensive, let's not kid ourselves.  Over the years, dancers and families have approached us about donating shoes for future dancers to use. In 2015, The KML Sole Impact Program was created for shoes that can be passed down to newer generation of dancers.  Located at the studio, we have a variety of shoes available for dancers to use for class.  We encourage all families and dancers to look through our inventory before buying a brand new pair of shoes.
