As some of you know, Safe Harbor Christian Communities is changing its name to Covenant Ability Network of Michigan, beginning May 1, 2020. While our ministry and day-to-day operations remain the same, our new name will help foster a collective identity and impact among the Covenant Ability Network (CAN) residences here in Michigan and our sister residences in Illinois and Minnesota.

Collectively, Covenant Ability Network (CAN) is home to 89 adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Illinois, Minnesota and Michigan. Many people are being affected by the Novel Coronavirus right now and our clients and staff are not exempt.

We invite you to watch this message from Todd Slechta, President of Covenant Initiatives for Care (parent organization for the CANs).

We believe that together, with your help, we can do more right now for our residents and employees. During this time of uncertainty, Covenant Initiatives for Care and Covenant Children’s Ministries together will match $2 for every $1 donated to the CAN COVID-19 Relief Fund up to $10,000. Your tax deductible unrestricted gift can be made online today. All gifts will be matched through April 3, 2020.
Will you consider making your gift today?
