What a Cook Looks Like: Profile of Restaurant Industry Cooks
Dr. Lilly Jan, lecturer of food and beverage at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, and colleague, Dr. Joel Reynolds of DePaul University, are seeking study participants to take a 10 minute survey that will help develop a current profile and better understanding of restaurant cooks in the United States. You must be age 18 or older to be in this study. This study is not approved for the enrollment of people under the age of 18.
