Announcements

1) Next Meeting will be Show and Tell. The Theme is Passenger Cars, but as usual, bring along anything of general interest.

2) Don't forget the upcoming World's Greatest Hobby Show on February 9th and 10th at the MidAmerica Center in Council Bluffs.  Omaha N-Trak will operate their layout both days.

3) A note from Bob Albano. He has a number of PRR and other Eastern RR books, given to him by Rich Hulsey's wife, to be passed along to division members. He requests that anyone that is interested stop by or email him. (omahaterminalrr@gmail.com)  He intends to mark down any that aren't taken and sell them at the WGH show mentioned above.

Thanks, gs

Last Month

No regular meeting, but I'm sure those that attended the annual Holiday party enjoyed themselves.

The layout tour at Bob Roegge's new home was a couple of month's ago.  but last month Da' Bob published a video tour on his YouTube Channel. You don't want to miss this one.

New Fun Stuff this month -

Luke Towan's video's are always excellent, but the titles don't always reveal all of the great contents. His latest is a great example. Ultra-Realistic Muddy River Diorama isn't just about scenery. It also has a great demonstration of building the bridge that crosses the river and techniques for painting and weathering track.  Well worth the time.to watch.

You may be familiar with Mark Dance.  His multi-level Canadian themed layout has been the subject of may videos and RMC articles. This short video, "The Diesel Shop Shuffle," will surprise you. Take a look, then remind yourself that it is N scale.

See you next time, gs
