Way To Go! Award Winners.
The 2015 Way to Go! Smart Trip Challenge Results are in, and CATMA members led the victory with two Carbon Cups and a Most Participants Achievement Award.
Congratulations to the University of Vermont for winning the Macro Business Challenge (Carbon Cup), Seventh Generation winning the Large Business Challenge (Carbon Cup), and the University of Vermont Medical Center receiving a certificate of achievement for having the most participants of any business!
In just two weeks, CATMA members made up 31% of total employee/organization participation and 23% of total employee/organization CO2 saved from the air!
Burlington commutes shorter than average.
The Associated Press found the commute in the Burlington-South Burlington averaged 21 minutes in 2013. The results of CATMA's long-term commitments, collaborations and partnerships equals less driving alone with more active and sustainable transportation solutions. Read the full article.

Vermont's statewide walk-bike advocacy organization, Local Motion is convening a group of people from a wide range of bike interests to decide how to collectively respond to the recent tragic deaths of three people who have been hit by cars while biking. Share your thoughts and ideas here...
Burlington Walk-Bike Master Plan launched.
Plan BTV Walk Bike is a citywide planning effort to increase active mobility in Burlington, VT. The project will culminate with the creation of the City’s first Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, as well as a scoping study of priority bicycle and pedestrian improvement projects.
