Placing Your Accounts with Simon's

When placing your accounts with Simon’s, we aim to make the process as easy and error free as possible, allowing you the freedom and security to place your accounts with us from anywhere in the world.  For clients using their own software exporting and transferring your data to Simon’s is very easy and we offer direct support between your IT department and ours.

Statistical Analysis is Changing the Game for Collection Agencies

Some of you may remember the “good ol’ days” when files were kept in file cabinets that contained handwritten records and notes.  When files were hand-delivered to collection agencies by courier and then filed into a queue cabinet and each time a call was made the file would be pulled out of the cabinet and a scribble of a note would be hastily written onto a card to record what occurred during the call. Once complete, it would be refiled to call again or manage as a payment arrangement. 

It wasn’t very long ago that this was the standard operating procedure for collection agencies – even into the late-nineties many “mom and pop” operations still ran their operations this way.  But over the last twenty years we have seen a terrifyingly fast progression in the way agencies store records.

Simon's Joins New Jersey Chapter of the Medical Group Management Association

Recently, Simon’s Agency has been awarded the opportunity have a representative member in the New Jersey MGMA . We are very excited to be part of this organization as it will better help us to understand the challenges faced by all medical group managers, especially in New Jersey, where Simon's has an ever expanding presence. Simon’s mission is to educate and provide resources that will allow all of its clients to focus more of their attention on doing what they do best.  Simon’s currently provides debt recovery services to medical groups, practices and hospitals throughout the northeast and welcomes the opportunity to participate in this well recognized association.

Simon's Joins the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians

Simon’s Agency has recently become members of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). We are very excited to be part of this organization as it will help us understand the policies and procedures of ambulatory companies on a national level. Simon’s mission is to educate and provide resources that will allow ambulance companies to focus more on the task at hand which is to provide emergency and non-emergency services to the communities in which they serve. Simon’s currently provides debt recovery services to ambulance companies throughout the northeast with a growing focus to expand its client base nationally. We welcome this opportunity with open arms and are honored to be a part of this great organization.
