Welcome to the Simon's Agency Newsletter!


We wanted to take a moment to wish all of our friends and clients the very best this holiday season and in doing so introduce our brand new monthly newsletter, Simon’s Says!  It has been a very busy year for us, and, with that, a very positive one as well.  This is of course due in no small part to our clients who have continued to count on us year-in and year-out as well as those clients who have just joined us this year. 

We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing our work with you for years to come!  One of the ways we hope to continue to improve our service is to include you on our monthly newsletter which will inform you of news, announcements, recommendations and more, all with the idea that the more we communicate with and educate our clients the better we all can do!   Please feel free to reply to this email with your suggestions for future content!  We wish you a Merry Christmas and blessed New Year!

Simon's is Moving in January!


As you may be aware if you follow our social media (you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and coming soon, YouTube) or have visited the news page on our freshly launched website, we are nearing completion on the construction of our new corporate headquarters in Liverpool, New York.  As we have grown over the last 3 years, due in no small part to your partnership with us, so too has our operation and workforce.  While we have always maintained the highest level of service and utilized the best and newest technologies at our disposal, we are busting at the seams and the time has come for us to move into a state-of-the-art-facility with plenty of room for additional growth.  We look forward to continuing to perform at the highest level for our clients and will hopefully be announcing our official move in January!

Introducing Client Access Web Portal


We have been rolling out our new online reporting website to clients throughout the summer and fall.  Each week we have been introducing more and more of our clients to the system.  If we haven’t gotten to your account yet, please don’t fret, we should have everyone setup and properly introduced in the coming months.  The system has already replaced our file placement system – now making it much easier and quicker to get your placements to us.  It also allows clients to have access to their accounts and statuses 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Clients can even report payments to us or message us directly through the system.  All data is securely hosted and access is restricted by secure logins.  We will be highlighting specific features of the system in subsequent newsletters.  For more information or to inquire about the roll-out schedule, please click here to email us.

Simon's Referral Program


Ring in the holiday season by referring Simons Agency to your friends, partners and other companies you work with and earn rewards for doing so!  What better way to end the year than by earning rewards for helping customers you work with by turning their red to black?  This program has been so successful we decided to extend it for another full month through January!  For more information or to participate please click here

Simon's Cares Community Outreach


Simon’s recognizes that it is an important part of our community as well as the communities in which our clients reside.  This fall we proudly donated computers to a local school and each year members of our staff participate in holiday programs throughout Central New York.  Do you have a charity you like to help out or do you sponsor your own charitable projects in your community?  If so, we’d like to hear about it!  Please click here to email us if you’d like to share your story or suggest ways that we can help.
