Welcome to Nourishing News, an e-newsletter to keep you up to date on our programs and services. CCEFS is constantly changing in order to keep up with the demand and needs of our community, so this newsletter will help us keep you updated on our work.

Today's Harvest is Open!

In May 2020, CCEFS opened our first Today's Harvest location. We were met with overwhelming support. At the same time, we were met with the overwhelming need in our community, showing how needed options like Today's Harvest are.

We are excited to announce that we have officially opened our second Today's Harvest Market. This market is located at our current CCEFS location (8264 4th Street North, Oakdale MN).

This work could not have been completed without the support and understanding of CCEFS volunteers and staff who have adjusted to many changes during our construction and remodeling. We're so grateful for the many people in our community who have made this possible!

CCEFS Program Update

With the addition of Today’s Harvest, we will be shifting programs.

Drive-Up Food Service will continue without change.

Wildcard Wednesday will be shifting. We will no longer offer Wildcard Wednesday as a drive-up service. Instead we will be offering the same great food throughout the week and on Saturdays through our Today’s Harvest market.

Produce Fairs will no longer happen every 2nd and 4th Saturday. Instead, Today’s Harvest will be open from 10am-1pm every Saturday.

As we enter March, we are once again participating in the Minnesota FoodShare Campaign that unites Minnesotans in the fight against hunger. That means this month your donation will make an even greater impact. During Minnesota FoodShare month, every contribution we receive will earn a proportional match from Minnesota FoodShare.
