EVENTS YOU CAN'T MISS

Our mandate at ICTAM is to elevate the tech sector in Manitoba, and one of our primary values is talent development. With this in mind we've designed two training sessions essential to growth and development.
Two of the best facilitators in their field are coming to Winnipeg. These two experts, known for the quality, practicality and lasting effects of their training, will lead a session on equality and consumer behaviour.

Unlike any other equality training you've attended, this one will go into the science behind  why gender-balanced companies make more money.

Companies that build diversity and inclusion into their talent management have 2.3 times higher cash flow per employee, are 1.8 times more likely to be change-ready and are 1.7 times more likely to be innovation leaders in their market.

Digital jobs are growing exponentially, and to mitigate a talent shortage companies need to re-evaluate systems for attracting and retaining talent. These systems need to be inclusive and diverse.

Who should attend: Management staff, HR personnel. Career Development staff, Recruiters, Talent Advisors/ Managers, People & Culture Managers

Designing the future

In June, we hosted Design Lab sessions  in Winnipeg, Winkler and Brandon to get input from Manitoba tech companies on how they envision trade in the future and what hinders  expansion to international markets. Over 60 attendees, representing a range of industries, gathered to give their input.
Look out for our executive summary.

Facilitating Connections !

Our job is to facilitate connections, so even though our first new member orientation was about how we could help them, it was very focused on ensuring that members were able to connect with each other. With people in the room, representing 7 different fields of work, all connected by tech, it was a powerful exchange.
