Cooking with Randhir

There’s nothing like a creamy and hot gratin to warm you up and fill you up on a cold winter evening. Why not try Randhir’s easy red cabbage and turnip creation at home? See the recipe.

Sustainability in Action

We trim the willows in our gardens in winter to make them grow better next year. At the same time, those branches will not be wasted as they will be used as fence material and as kindling for our fireplaces.
