Tag(lines) you're it: Test your race IQ
"Just do it." "Think different." "The quicker picker-upper." Like Nike, Apple and Bounty, many of the world's most popular brands benefit from catchy taglines. The same is true for races, some of which adopt taglines of their own to evoke qualities such as speed, scenery or even difficulty. But how well do you know your races, and how many can you identify from their taglines? Take our quiz and find out!

Williams Route 66 Marathon & Half

Behold! The newly unveiled finisher's medal for the 2019 Williams Route 66 Marathon, happening Nov 23-24 in Tulsa, OK! 😲

This year’s spinner medal is styled after the hood ornament found on an early 1940s Cadillac, considered the “finest” car to drive during the heyday of the Route 66 era. The medal also features Art Deco elements in an homage to downtown Tulsa’s incredible architecture and history.

For runners completing their first marathon or half marathon in Tulsa, Route 66 presents a special golden “My First Marathon” medal – and for the first time, a “My First Half Marathon” medal – to celebrate your achievement.

For a nonstop block party that takes great care of its runners and has fun doing it, come get your kicks at Route 66!

ICYMI: The GOAT aims for the mountaintop
There he goes again! Marathon world record holder Eliud Kipchoge, who nearly eclipsed the two-hour barrier with an unofficial 2:00:25 in May 2017, announced he'll once again chase distance running's Holy Grail, the sub-2 hour marathon, sometime this fall in the INEOS 1:59 Challenge. The Challenge was announced on the 65th anniversary of Sir Roger Bannister clocking the first sub-four-minute mile.

Will he do it? We won't be betting against the GOAT! 💪
