WHATS ON FOR 2020

We have a sneak peek of Craigs newest Singular image that will be available soon! It was taken during his recent trip to China. But more on this image in an upcoming newsletter...
You can bid on a large framed print of Craigs, 'Mooring', and help the Australian wildlife suffering in the bushfires. Earth Hub Nelson is holding an 'ART FOR THE KOALAS' Art Sale Fundraiser on January 25 & 26 from 10am to 2pm. 100% of all proceeds will be split between two of Australia's wildlife rescue organisations: 'WIRES' - www.wires.org.au and 'WILDLIFE VICTORIA' - www.wildlifevictoria.org.au. Check out Earth Hubs website at art4wildlife.com and see how you can get involved.

Craig features in a fantastic article written by Sally Blundell in the latest edition of NZ Listener - 'The Spirit Within' - an insightful read about how trees reduce anxiety, boost brain function and help power the planet. Amongst her article Sally asked some prominent Kiwis the stories behind the trees they love.
Kath Bee will be in the gallery, with her guitar, for a sing along with the kids on January 25 from 10:30 - 11am. We are proud to stock Kath's hugely successful book 'Dragons Under My Bed'  along with her DVD and USBees. Pop the date in your diary and bring the kids down to 255 Hardy Street to get your signed copy!
What a brilliant effort by all involved! Follow the link for the full story on the incredible Wharariki Eco-Sanctuary opened on Saturday 18, Jan, by Minister of Conservation Eugene Sage. https://www.stuff.co.nz/…/conservation-minister-opens-new-g… This is a place deeply close to Craig's heart and a project he is immensely proud to be a part of!

2020 NGA MANU WINTER LECTURE SERIES
- Wednesday July, 22

Craig will be hosting a slide talk entitled, 'Finding the Wild', followed by a Q&A session, as part of the 2020 programme for the Nga Manu Winter Lecture Series this year. Organiser Jean Fleming says the lectures are held in the Robin's Nest - the Conservation Education Centre - and they are designed to encourage people to visit Ngā Manu in the winter. "Indeed the numbers visiting the Reserve to walk has risen significantly in the winter months since we started the series. We invite visitors to come at 3.30 pm for a hot drink and a chat, before the talk starts at 4pm".
