Happy 2021 from Craig and family!

"I hope you have all had a great summer break to end the strangest of years. After wonderful family time with my son and daughter; Micheal and Bella, and good friends in Golden Bay, I look forward to the coming year with new energy and many projects. My new book, 'Double Take', will soon be at the printers and I am preparing an exhibition of some photos from it to accompany the books launch. I've also returned to photographing a figure in our wild landscapes - a theme I've worked at on and off over many years.

We at Craig Potton Gallery have been very heartened and humbled for the support for our shop since Covid has changed our world. You have kept us afloat and we are grateful."

2021 Workshop with Craig Potton

Participants will enjoy a workshop with Craig, based in the Back Gallery at 255 Hardy Street, Nelson

Improve your work by looking at the philosophy of photography and images of the best practitioners – leading to analysis and interpretation of your own images. Present photo prints you have already taken and go over theories and philosophies about photography and critiques of other participants work. Craig will present a slideshow of his own work alongside other great image makers and artworks of interest.
