’Special call: Sanctions, Conflict and Democratization (PhD Scholarship) at the department of political science at the Aarhus University, Denmark.
The PhD candidate will become part of a large research project (named CODE) which analyzes the interrelationship between democratization processes and violent domestic conflict (read more about this project).
The project is headed by Professor Jørgen Møller and includes several international top scholars in Europe and the United States such as Kristian Gleditsch, Håvard Hegre, Kristine Höglund and Judith Kelley.

Full time Research Fellow at the Institute for Economics and Peace
The Research Fellow will conduct research on topics related to the Global Peace Index, peace economics, development studies and peace and conflict studies. This includes writing, advanced statistical analysis, participation and leadership in the dissemination, communication, and presentation of IEP research findings. Ideal candidates will have a deep interest in peace and development issues, be open-minded to multidisciplinary approaches in the social sciences and be well-travelled.
