Thanksgiving Eve

Wednesday, November 21 at 7:00 pm

“Thanks for nothing.” If you haven’t said it out loud, you’ve thought it. On Wednesday night as we celebrate Thanksgiving at church, you might feel like you have nothing to be thankful for. Through God’s Word, we are going to give thanks to God for a whole lot of nothing, a lot of nothing that is actually everything for us.

Here is God's Word that shows us the kind of nothing that we give him thanks for:
Habakkuk 3:17-19
Philippians 2:5-8
Luke 23:39-41
Romans 8:37-39

A dessert potluck follows immediately after worship. Bring an extra pie or another Thanksgiving goodie that you want to share!

The Fourth Sunday of End Time

Christ the King - Sunday at 10:30 am & Monday at 7:00 pm

The eternal majesty of the King of kings shines forth in our Bible readings on this Sunday. Jesus rules as King over all things. He deserves all glory, honor, and praise. He is the eternal King who will come again in glory to judge. He is the King who left his majestic throne; he was so humble that he gave his life for his subjects. He is our forever King.

Here is God's Word for celebrating Christ the King Sunday:
Daniel 7:13-14
Revelation 1:4-8
John 18:33-37

"I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the LORD.'" (Psalm 122:1) God-willing, I will see you and worship with you on Wednesday, Sunday, and/or Monday.
