I appreciate these nice words from a client:
"Andree certainly represents the type of person any company would be proud to have on its staff. As a real estate agent, she is dedicated, hard working, and tenacious in finding that home a person seeks. After much searching, she found me the home in the location I wanted. She will surely do the same for anyone who chooses her as his or her agent. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend her for for any of your real estate needs."

Who can you think of that could use my help buying or selling a home? I appreciate any referrals as mine is a referral based business. I would like to offer a $25 Starbucks gift card to any referral that results in a consultation!

My office is located on Lake Union. I meet clients in the conference room with a beautiful view of South Lake Union, the Museum of Natural History and Industry and the Center for Wooden Boats.

We also have a Starbucks and Mccormick and Schmick's in our building for optional meeting places.

Of course, I also meet clients at a place of their choice. One thing I love about my car - a Highlander Hybrid - is that is uses little gas and can go almost anywhere :)
