Hi <<First Name>>,
How are you? It’s been 5 months since I blogged. I experienced a traumatic event, and needed a break from everything. While I’m not yet ready to discuss the details of that event, I wanted to share what helped me survive. I did therapy and many things. These tools helped me most: support groups, watercolor painting, and an app called “PTSD Coach.” I downloaded the app because I couldn't attend group 7 days a week. PSTD Coach was life changing and free! My new blog post is about the Top 29 Mental Health Apps—article includes testimonials submitted by Fashionably ill ® readers.
***You can read the "Top 29 Mental Health Apps: Recommended by Users With Lived Experience" HERE.***
