New filtering and sorting in Console

Filter users, listings and transactions in Console to quickly find content that requires attention or to see what’s going on on your marketplace.

Finding just the right content in Console is easier than ever with Flex’s new filtering and sorting functionality.

You can now view your Console data by activity, listing state, or user attributes. This helps you monitor and manage your marketplace and find opportunities to improve your conversion.

Sort and filter transactions

Sort transactions by last activity to see which ones have moved forward recently. This helps you stay on track with the activity on your marketplace.

Transactions now also support filtering by last transition. You can use this filter to analyze how many transactions are in each state and to find out anything that requires your attention.

For example, you can set the last transition to transition/enquire and see how many transactions haven’t moved beyond the initial enquiry. You can then zoom in on a few of them to understand what might be preventing people from moving forward. This should give you ideas on how to improve your conversion and develop your marketplace in a data-driven way.

Filter listings by state

The new listings filter allows you to see listings in defined states. You can now easily see all listings that are pending approval, for instance, and act on them. By filtering listings in draft state, you can find users who might need assistance getting their offering listed and reach out to help.

Filter users

The new update also gives you many helpful user filters. You can find users with or without listings so you can separate between providers and customers. You might also want to search for users who haven’t verified their email address. Flex won’t send transaction notifications to unverified emails, so this is an important step to track.

Finally, you can now easily identify users who have posted a listing but haven’t completed their Stripe setup. You can then reach out to remind them that they won’t be able to receive a transaction before they set up Stripe.

As you can see, these filters are meant to help you with everyday marketplace management and enable you to identify ways to engage users and grow your business. We’d love to hear what you think! Please share your feedback with us by replying to this email.
