🎂 Sting is celebrating 20 years! 🎂 

May was such a great month. We celebrated our 20 years anniversary with many of our companies, investors, and friends in an unforgettable evening at Bern's on May 5th. A great evening we'll all remember for a long time. In connection with this, we also released our latest status report.
 
In 2021 our 370 companies had:

- 356mEUR in total revenue.
- 3 422 employees of which 36% are female.
- Raised 173 mEUR in private capital, accumulated they have raised 932 mEUR.
- Out of 33 accepted startups, 61% had a female co-founder.


We received an amazing amount of applications to our fall programs. Thank you to everyone who applied. Our coaches are now going through them and will get back to the lucky startups in a few weeks' time. We love the anticipation this time of the year for new beginnings and new bold ideas that are waiting to sprout.

🍲 Sting company Sizzle finalist in SHIFT

CaCharge launches Dynamic - a new smarter charging box 

The new charging box is completely redesigned and meets, even more, needs in the market. Dynamic has been developed and produced in Sweden and, in addition to existing functions, offers charges of up to 22 kW and 4G connectivity.

NfinityMark has been recognized by Breakit as one of the top 19 companies pioneering within Sweden’s web 3.0 space.

🏥 iCellate Medical secures 20 MSEK in new funding iCellate Medical has closed a successful round of financing, raising 20 MSEK from a combination of existing and new investors. iCellate develops tests for hereditary cancer risk, early cancer detection, and treatment selection.

🛍️ New partner for Bumbee Labs Singaporean tech company Ray Partners with Bumbee Labs to provide Wi-Fi-based footfall analytics.

💻 NFinityMark's co-founder Kirsten Hinder was invited to present at this month's Stockholm Tech Meetup with focus on Web 3.0

✏️ ihopa is partnering with Kärcher to provide premium cleaning machines in their sharing boxes. ihopa has secured yet another powerful partnership in its mission to offer consumers a sustainable alternative to buying. 🏠 VTelcred receives investment from Klint Ventures Telcred, who are active in the proptech space and provide an access control system as a cloud service, has received new investment from Klint Ventures.

🌐  Care to Translate's co-founder Annie Bäckman invited to a panel talk hosted by Narva to talk about communication as a key to equal health. They have also added Urdu to their app which now supports 42 languages. They are also going to be collaborating with Platform24 for medical translations of their content.

Arkus AI was voted as the company with the "most impact" by the jury BackingMinds., Almi Invest, and IBM at the Stockholm Tech Live's Startup/Scaleup scene. 

💼 Learnster launches integration with Blue Billywig and kick-starts the collaboration with a joint webinar June 9, 10.00AM “Why onboarding might be more important than recruitment”

🐗 FLOX successfully tests Hugin drone at their customers, moving on to the next phase. Successfully testing of FLOX Oden base station and Hugin drone at the Ekolsunds Slott & Wärdshus just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
