Dear Fringers,

We are OPEN and have had an incredible first few days of the Festival, as our 80+ productions opened to their first audiences. We had some fun yesterday with the network shortages, but everything is back up and running! If you haven't purchased your tickets yet, be sure to head to www.fringetoronto.com
A large group of Fringe Participants march down a street in Toronto, holding their Fringe posters. They are led by a puppet giraffe.
Lucy Eveleigh is outdoors giving an opening night welcome, accompanied by an ASL interpreter.
Outside of Tarragon Theatre, audiences line up around the corner, while a volunteer collects tips for the Fringe.
Fringe patron Johnnie looks on smiling at the POSTSCRIPT bar, as a bartender performs tricks while mixing cocktails.
Did you know? Our website and Instagram stories share daily news and updates, so if you want to know any changes or what is scheduled at the PS: Patio, be sure to check out either place.

All weekend at both POSTSCRIPT Locations, we will be hosting Happy Hour between 4pm - 6pm. Join us for $6 cans of Steam Whistle, Beau's Lugtread, and Beau's Radler.

Today at PS: Patio in the Tranzac, we are hosting two free events:

2pm - A presentation by the artists of L'Arche Toronto's Sol Express, a performing artist program that focuses on developing the talents and skills of artists with intellectual disabilities.

8pm - Fringe Artist Cabaret! 2022 Fringe artists doing what they do best! A night full of Fringy fun, featuring acts from 9 companies in the festival, including acts from Whose Vagina is it, Really?, Meatball Seance, Where you from, from?, Bruno & Hogginfritz, A Perfect Bowl of Pho, 2 Robs: 1 Cup, PRUDE, LESBIHONEST, and Billy and the Dreamerz.

Tomorrow at PS: Patio:

12pm - Community Sunday - Come hang out on the patio for an afternoon of Toronto festival vibes. Featuring FREE food tastings from Sausage Marty and Kanto by Tita Flips, and busker performances by Fringe artists.
Thank you to all the artists, volunteers, staff, and our patrons for making the first few days of the festival a great success. If you have seen some shows, the biggest support you can give to our artists is by talking or sharing about them. Tell your friends, bring a Fringe newbie, give a social media shout out!

Thank you again and Fringe with you soon,

The Toronto Fringe Festival Team
