THINGS TO EXPECT FOR OUR FIRST EVENT
What's good DT!
We're excited to be offering a Splash and Dash community race! This event was created to introduce youth, and adults to multisport racing. The Splash and Dash provides a pressure free and friendly environment for a variety of ability levels of each athlete. Through funding from the DC Department of Parks and Recreation we invite Ward 7 residents 14 and up, along with the larger DC community, to join us as we stay healthy and active as a community.
District Triathlon's unsanctioned Splash and Dash Event promotes an active lifestyle in a community setting. This race is a short course, duathlon(swim/run) event hosted in a safe space for all ability levels. Participants can use any swim stroke, grab the wall, stand up, and/or take a break... JUST DON'T QUIT! Below are event details. We hope that you'll join us!
