This dynamic and interactive repository currently hosts 100 vetted resources pertaining to Education in Crisis and Conflict. We are constantly adding new resources and invite you to share your published and unpublished research papers, tools, instruments and other resources that would benefit the community. ECCN’s Analysis of Theories of Change in USAID Solicitations for EiCC

Now released is an Analysis of Theories of Change in USAID Solicitations for EiCC. ECCN conducted this study on USAID’s EiCC project designs through the lens of planned and emergent theories of change consistent with USAID’s new Guidance (ADS 201, 2016) and the Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) framework. The analysis and background information are now available on  the ECCN website.
