Upcoming Social Equity Events on Friday, August 27

The Denver Department of Excise and Licenses and Office of Marijuana Policy would like to remind stakeholders of two events happening this Friday, August 27.
From 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., the Department will host a virtual Delivery FAQ Session for individuals interested in starting a marijuana delivery business in Denver. This FAQ Session will answer applicants’ most frequently asked questions about delivery. Suggest questions to be answered during the session using this form.

From 12:00 – 2:30 p.m., Department of Excise and Licenses Deputy Director of Policy Molly Duplechian will participate in a virtual event hosted by the Black Cannabis Equity Initiative to share an update on Denver’s social equity licensing program. The event will include updates from the Colorado Governor’s Office, the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, the City of Aurora, cannabis businesses, and Social Equity Applicants.
