Just a few quick posts to try and get back on a Friday schedule for the 4-H E-News.

Please share information on 4-H 101 Volunteer Leader Training with ANYONE who might be interested in helping with a 4-H club or who plans to be a new Family 4-H Group Leader this year! There will be only a few opportunities to receive the free training! Training, certification, and enrollment is required for most adult roles in the 4-H program.

If you want to catch up on missed E-News - visit the 4-H News & Announcements Page.
Some recent articles are right there on the page. Or go to the E-News Archives and click on the links to past newsletters.

Remember - YOUR 4-H news can be included in the 4-H E-News!! Send photos (media permission required), information, flyers, etc. When, where, and what time are your club's open enrollment meetings being held? What projects or activities are you planning? Did you participate at State Fair or other events? How did it go? Send to me to share!

Starting the New 4-H Year!
The 4-H Kick Off New Year Sessions are set for:
October 17th - 6 - 8:30 in Ritzville and
October 18th - 6 - 8:30 in Harrington.
General Club Leaders and at least 1 Family 4-H Leader from each Family 4-H Group are REQUIRED to attend! All others are welcome. More details were in the Monday, September 12th E-News. Please RSVP ASAP so we know who will attend which session.

The 4hOnline system opened for the new year today.
Clubs are welcome to start meeting and planning your year . . .
Lincoln and Adams 4-H volunteers and youth members please WAIT till after you receive specific log-in instructions for the new year. You MUST use the Family Profile primary email that is already on file from previous 4-H participation. IF last year's email is no longer a working email, please contact Karen Robertson ASAP. Email or 509-659-3209.

Please be patient! We will get the enrollment login information to you as soon as time permits within the next few weeks! First priority will be to General 4-H leaders, then to last year's enrolled project, activity, & resource leaders, and THEN to 4-H club and family youth members.

Enrollments submitted to the 4hOnline system will not be officially accepted till the General Leader has "confirmed" individual enrollments in the system AND till after the 4-H Kick Off events, AND till after club financial records and certain other documentation have been submitted. This will be explained at the Kick-Off event.
