4-H Silent Auction
The primary fundraiser for the Lincoln Co. 4-H Leaders' Council is the annual Silent Auction at the Lincoln Co. Fair. The 4-H Leaders' Council supports 4-H Program activities, Clubs, and leadership development for individual 4-H volunteers and youth members.

Lincoln County Fair
August 25 - 26, 2016 - "Country Roots & Cowboy Boots"
Due Date is Friday, August 5 for ALL Livestock entries, horse entries, educational posters, and 4-H Record Books. 
NEEDED  Poultry, Sheep & 4-H Crafts Superintendents!
Clean up day on June 18!  All 4-Hers encouraged to come help. There's lots of painting and cleaning to be done!

Wheat Land Communities Fair
September 1 - 4, 2016 - "All American Fair"
Due date is August 15, 2016 for Livestock Entries, Public Presentations (Demonstrations), and 4-H Record Books.

Adams County Fair (Othello)
September 14 - 17, 2016 - "Boots, Chaps 'N Cowboy Hats"
Adams County needs two general 4-H superintendents.
Names need to be in to the fair offices ASAP in order to be added to the exhibitor guide.  If you are interested, please contact Jeannie, at the Grant-Adams Extension office.

September 2 - 25, 2016 (Closed on Tuesdays)

Hosting dates are July 24- August 20, 2016 (some delegates will be hosted only through the 15th of August).  Interested families must have a young person of the same gender and within 3-4 years of the visiting delegate.  This year, the delegates will be available for pick up at the host family program in Ellensburg Washington on the afternoon of July 24th.  Some delegates will leave their host families on August 14th or 15th to attend a camp in Wenatchee.  All other delegates will meet back up in Ellensburg on August 20th to prepare for departure.

The screening process consists of an online application, two letters of reference, background checks and a home interview.  (Returning families may update a previous year’s application but will need to have all the screening steps taken).

Reminder: Since there will be no Summer Sizzler 4-H Horse Show in Davenport this summer, any Lincoln Co. or (East) Adams 4-H intermediate or senior 4-H member interested in qualifying to compete at the State 4-H Fair in Western Games or Performance should contact the Extension Office ASAP!

Instructions and a log sheet to help you keep track of your hours (not just the number but which hours on specific dates) is on
