Congratulations to the 2016 "5 Under 40" Honorees!
New England Home is pleased to announce the honorees of the seventh annual "5 Under 40" Awards. The awards recognize the region’s hottest emerging talent in the design industry. This year’s winners showcase how very exciting the New England design scene is in many different facets, from landscape to furniture design.
This year’s winners are, by category:

Interior Design: Jayme Kennerknecht, Kennerknecht Design Group (Wenham, MA)
Landscape Design: John Haven, LeBlanc Jones Landscape Architects (Boston)
Specialty Design (Tile): Paul & Esther Halferty, Lilywork Artisan Tile (Pawcatuck, CT)

Designers: mark your calendars! The Wakefield Design Center in Stamford, Connecticut, once again hosts design luminaries for its spring Market Day. The roster of exciting speakers will discuss the latest trends in home furnishings, new-product introductions, book signings, and more. This year’s featured speakers include Alessandra Branca, Alex Papachristidis, Libby Langdon, and many more. The event takes place on May 5 and will kick off at 12 noon. Join the Society of Arts and Crafts in celebrating its 15th annual CraftBoston Spring! CraftBoston is a juried show of contemporary craft, featuring the work of ninety artists who are creating today's most remarkable handmade jewelry, clothing, furniture, and home decor. Shoppers will discover a panorama of inspiring craft in the South End's historic Cyclorama—a charming 19th-century brick building that provides an intimate viewing experience.
