7.8 Magnitude Earthquake Hit Ecuador Saturday

Dear Runa Friends and Family,

On Saturday evening, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit the Ecuadorian coast, killing at least 350 people and injuring thousands. The towns of Pedernales and Portoviejo were destroyed.

Runa Foundation is creating an Emergency Relief Fund to support local efforts for search and rescue, to provide food and shelter, and to help these communities begin to recover from this horrible tragedy. We are asking your support to help in this time of need.

Runa's Emergency Relief Fund will support the work of the Red Cross and the United Nations' Development Program to help in the rescue and recovery of the Ecuadorian coast.

Please consider donating at this time of need. No donation is too small. All donations are tax deductible in the United States. Please click here to make an online donation or on the link below.
