ANU CCEP events: Germany/ACT renewables policy 22 July, Coal Transitions 24 July

We’ll hold two public events at ANU next week that you or colleagues may be interested in.


The future of renewable energy: Germany’s energy transition, Australia and the ACT, 22 July from 5.30pm. Speakers: Prof Andreas Loeschel (Muenster University and chair of Germany’s expert commission for the monitoring of the energy transition), Megan Ward of renewables company Neoen, Geoffrey Rutledge of the ACT government. Coal transition: power sector, regional adjustment and policy, 24 July 9am-3pm.
