ACT at Duke 2.0

Our website has a new look!

Over the past six months, we have been hard at work revamping our website! The new website has a new look, but also several exciting new features, including a live calendar of upcoming trainings and links to registration, interactive components (such as “tell us your values”) and a resource room. We have also enhanced our existing features to provide researchers, clinicians and potential clients with additional information about our programs. While we are still adding many new and exciting things to the site, we hope you will take a look and tell us what you think!

Curious? Check out our new website here

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is "no longer a child." Click here to find out more about what Steven Hayes has to say about the growth of ACT and its designation as an empirically validated treatment.
What are your values?
What inspires you?
We want to know!

Our new website now has a due North. On our values page you can read more about our common purpose, and leave your own expression of  valued, vital living.

With our Values Wall we aim to share what is most meaningful to people in our community - big and small moments that inspire us, pain us, or provide a guiding light.

Take a moment to share something here
Are you a former ACT at Duke Training Participant?

Where are YOU now?

We want to hear from ACT at Duke former trainees so we can feature your story in our "where are they now" column!

If you took part in the ACT Practicum in the past several years or worked individually with Dr. Merwin as a clinical or research trainee, drop us a line and tell us what you're up to now!

We would love to hear from you, and feature your story on our website!!
